Working with Deb was a turning point...

Working with Deb at The Accounts Ladies was a turning point for me. I came from an industry background, so stepping into practice was a completely different world, and she really opened that up for me. She showed me what sits behind the scenes of a successful firm, but more importantly, how to be proactive with clients rather than reactive.

She introduced me to ways of thinking and working that genuinely changed how I approach business — from implementing advisory services, to using the right software to create clarity and control. But beyond the technical side, it was her experience, openness and willingness to teach that made the biggest impact.

She gave me the confidence to back myself, to think bigger, and to believe I could build something of my own.

That experience has played a huge role in shaping Ginger Bucks and the way we now support my clients today.
