“I can only say how much C&C has help ed me - when I reflect on the way that I have gone from being "oh well I don't really know what I'm doing" to "I don't really know what I'm doing, but I know I'm doing it and I know why I'm doing it" is certainly something that I have benefitted greatly from. Before I joined, then I was kind of just letting this shuffle along in the same way that my counselling did - people could find me and I would make them better and they would go off on their way - and I never really looked at the business side at all - but I knew really, deep inside, that this wasn't the approach I wanted with the horse confidence counselling - but I didn't know how to make it better - until I stumbled into your group .......
I remember having some conversations with people in the group at the start and now cringe at the feeble comments I made - compared to where I am in my conversations with people now ....
And sure, perhaps the biggest one of all - I wanted to "fit in" because that's how I thought business worked - but you've shown me that that's not how it has to be”
